1. Q: How long should I stay in cold water?

A: You should start slow and don't rush things. The colder the water the less time you need to spend submerged to get the positive effects. Take it slow and start with as little as 30 seconds, and build from there. Usualy it goes like this: 1°C = 1min; 3°C = 3min; 5°C = 5min; 10°C = 10min;

Always consult your doctor to make sure it is safe for you to cold plunge. Be very careful when entering and exiting the plunge.

2. Q: How do I keep the water cold?

A: Polar Shock Therapy Ice bath is integrated with thermal insulated TPE layers, and a Thermo Lid to lengthen the time for water to stay cool. However, You can allways add some ice if needed.

3. Q: How do I keep the water clean?

A: Always keep the lid on when not in use, to help prevent any debris falling in! We recommend changing the water once per week without any additives. When you drain the water from your Polar Shock Therapy Ice bath, to extend the life of your next fill, we recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water.

6. Q: Whats the hight limit to feel comfortable in Polar Shock Therapy Ice bath?

A: Both, STANDART and XL Ice baths, are designed to fit heights up to 2.1m. However, if You are over 1.9m, we recomend to choose XL version.
